  Incorrect Shipping Information
  If you input incorrect shipping information, whether it be inaccurate or omitted information, and would like the order re-shipped you will be charged for shipping again. If you decide to cancel the order, the shipping charge will not be refunded.
  
  Shipping Insurance
  Please select Shipping Insurance if you reside in a place where your package may be accidentally taken or stolen (e.g. Military Base); we are not responsible for theft or misplacement.

• Return Policy
• Supplement Lifestyle excepts returns on un-opened supplements within 30 days from the time you received them. Supplements returned 30 to 60 days from the time you received them are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Supplement Lifestyle will not accept any return after 60 days.
